Nestled in the small lake community of Albert Beach. Only a 5 min walk to sink your toes in the beautiful sand. Great swimming beach for kids. The water is shallow. If you like to bike, there are trails to Victoria Beach. Take a ride to the pier and the bakery. Or hike Elk Island. Nestled in the spruce and aspen boreal forest, a woodstove, hammocks, fire pits, hiking trails, swimming/skating pond, snowshoeing. And the vinyl collection. And As John Prine said we threw away the TV (and the Airbnb fee lol).

This a bright and cozy home just waiting to host your visit to Gimli. Sleeps 4 comfortably, 2 Queen beds..stay few days or even a week. Close to lake, restaurants,hockey and curling rinks. Equipped with all you will need for your stay. All Bedding, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, washer/ dryer.. Living room and extra sitting room at back of the house. An artistic, loft-style cottage perfectly located beside world class fishing on Lake Winnipeg at beautiful Sunset Beach! 3 minutes to ice/beach access - sled from the driveway, room for trailer parking! Big bright windows, wood-burning fireplace (firewood on-site), ping pong, pellet BBQ, large screened room. Starlink Wifi and big TV to hook laptop to (no cable). The cottage is nicely tucked into the forest. 1 bedroom with a queen, 2 double beds and a double futon in open format loft.

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.
