45m² house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, desk for work for laptop, bathroom and space for 2 cars. Bed linen included (sheet on the mattress, second sheet and pillowcase). It's not covered. I always leave some salt, sugar, coffee, spices, paper towels, etc. All grass backyard with plants and an open sky shower. Small barbecue available to use in the backyard. Air conditioning in the rooms. Wifi 35 Mega 6.5km (15 min) from THERMAS DOS LARANJAIS RHC: 2020.251

Bring you family and friends to this new and spacious home. The pool is large (7mx2.8mx1.4m) with 4 steps, bench on the opposite side and with heating. The rooms are spacious and all have air conditioning (gree of 12000 btus inverter). It is near the Parks (Thermas 15minutes and Hot beach 10 minutes). There is a market with butcher and pharmacy 1km from the house - 4minutes; Reconnect with the one you love most in this place that's ideal for families.
