The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Unique home for location along the Gonnese coast. ATTENTION: not recommended for those who have walking problems due to the position on the sea that you arrive with a walking path of 100 meters uphill.

Incantevole appartamento fronte mare vista unica, a soli 30 secondi a piedi dall'acqua. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di portopaglieto oppure sempre a 5 minuti a piedi la piccola spiaggia della ghinghetta, altrimenti se si è amanti degli scogli proprio fronte casa vi è una bellissima scogliera con accesso all'acqua. l'appartamento è di nuovissima costruzione con vista mozzafiato e finiture di pregio

Camping cot for children available on request. Now also with outdoor dining area and barbecue.
