Modern, sunny studio with full kitchen and queen size bed. Leather lounge and dining area. Bathroom with shower. Charming courtyard for morning tea. We are a two minute walk through a little lane to the Marina. Lemon Tree Passage is a hidden treasure with cafes, a French restaurant, fishing tackle shop, butcher, pharmacist, Emporium, bottle shop, medical centre, hairdresser and last but certainly not least a gin bar. Parking is behind locked gates, you will be using a remote to enter/exit.

ON THE WATER. SUPER COSY. Cancel 5 days out. Original fishing cottages, just renovated so everything’s new. So peaceful and quiet. Listen for koalas grumbling in the night and awaken to a chorus of bird calls. Walk the waterfront path thru the koala reserve to Poyers restaurant. Watch out for dolphins taking a breath. Ideal for kayaking. There’s Tanilla Golf Course just down the road. Flathead fishing is best one hour before high tide, right out in front. Please clean fish in sink by boatshed.

Breathtaking views | Private retreat

Located in a boutique block, this apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Living area flows to an undercover tiled terrace, then onto a grassed area. This is a perfect getaway, well equipped and well presented. Please enquire if you have any questions. Unfortunately we have a construction site next door so there may be a little noise some days. Price has been adjusted for this.
