Recent house of 71 m2, bright, located halfway between the market town and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room - kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (farm path), the house is out of the road and without any overlook. You get a view of the surrounding cultures and a small sea view.

Come and discover the wild peninsula located between Paimpol and Tréguier. Stay in our house near the shops of the village of Pleubian. The GR34 runs along our town lined with beaches and there are many ideas (Ile de Bréhat, Perros Guirec and the seven islands, the Château de la Roche Jagu and its gardens, the Gouffre de Plougrescant, not to mention the Talbert furrow, a pebble cord, a unique geological site in Europe ...)

La maison orientée au sud est très lumineuse avec ses nombreuses ouvertures. La maison se démarque par son confort et sa grande fonctionnalité, mais aussi par sa déco moderne et unique, réalisée en grande partie par Nathalie, la propriétaire, Artiste-Sculptrice.
