Private separate entry if required. Bus and Train within 5 minute walk, beautiful Swan River 5 minute bicycle path immediately out front of house which provides direct access to river, Perth CBD, which is a max 20 min ride away. An additional room may be available at extra cost, TV and wireless broadband available free of charge. Pool (heated in summer) and separate spa. Outdoor alfresco kitchen and bbq area overlooking pool for guest use. Up stairs lounge area. A large upstairs balcony with Perth city glimpses One minute walk to bus stop. We have 2 bedrooms, both have Queen Beds in them. There is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet for both of these bedrooms. Both rooms are available for $60/night each. If one bedroom is booked the bathroom & toilet are solely yours. We supply a light Continental Breakfast of Cereal/Toast/Tea & Coffee. This is usually eaten on the Patio overlooking the water. For an extra $10 we can do a fully cooked breakfast of Bacon & Eggs etc. Ideally this would be pre-arranged.
