Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is in the backyard of a listed red clinker complex from the 1920s. We have expanded an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak of high quality. We offer: - 5 m high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live only a few minutes away and are happy to be available to our guests as a contact person. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Never use the flower pots as an ashtray (someone has already done that...)!

Built in 2019, the penthouse is located in a quiet side street right in the city centre of Kiel (3 minutes' walk from the main train station). In addition to the approx. 75 sqm large, bright, open and spacious living area, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The equipment and furniture is super high quality. E.G. Senseo coffee machine, SodaStream, large refrigerator ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME free of charge on the TV.

Our beautiful, newly furnished loft apartment in one of the most beloved neighbourhoods of Hamburg, St. Pauli is now available. The loft is in a quiet, secluded ‘hof’ as they are called in Germany, with a private gate to the street which protects you from the hustle and bustle of the city even though you are just steps away from it all. The guest room is located in the rear wing of the Old Town House in a quiet alley. In the lower area of the open studio, a (sleeping)sofa invites you to linger, a kitchenette offers space to enjoy small meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area under the roof, where a cosy double bed is available, directly behind which you can access the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for athletes.

Quaint mini loft to get down near the Baltic Sea

The quaint basement apartment has a private entrance and bathroom with shower. About 15 minutes by car from Timmendorfer Strand or Scharbeutz or Lübeck. In the immediate vicinity is a large forest area where you can walk and walk. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the total coming down (not least because it's in the basement).

Very spacious and comfortable, with a double bed (1,80) and a double sleeper couch (1,40), fridge, tea/coffeemaker, full kitchen, dishwasher, a modern ensuite bathroom with shower and private entrance. Our house is right in the centre of town, near Lübecks beautiful harbour and new Hanse museum.
