Perfect location, cosy and stylish and with one of the largest bathrooms i town

Relax in the bathtub, after a long day of walking around the sights of Copenhagen, in this historical building from 1803 THE APARTMENT: The cozy apartment has just gone through a major renovation. Everything has been updated with an eye for detail and love for the exiting building, which is heritage listed building. This has taken the apartment to a whole new level, very much inspired by hotels and restaurants around the world but with a personally touch. The apartment stands with new floors, ceilings and walls. The apartment is all in all 70 m2 on the 4th floor with a beautiful view to the famous red rooftops of Copenhagen and the beautiful Scandinavian light. It consists of a spacious open kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed with an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and has direct access to the utility room, which consists of a washing machine/dryer and plenty of wardrobe space and a convenient floor to ceiling mirror. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. Amenities include wireless internet, washing machine, tumble-dryer, fully equipped kitchen large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. You will also find full-size bed and mattresses, blankets, pillows and all bed linens. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable sofabed an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. The property is situated downtown in the old part of Copenhagen surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops of all kinds. Rosenborg Castle Gardens is just around the corner, great for an early morning run, a quite time with a good book, or a sunset picnic. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Nørreport is just around the corner which connects you to both buses, trains and the subway. Coming from the airport it will take you no more than 20 min before you are at Nørreport using the subway (Metro) and from Nørreport the apartment is a 5 minutes walk away passing one off the best bakers in town, Kransekagehuset. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the cafe area of Copenhagen (Nørrebro) and 20 meters from the lakes of Copenhagen. It’s located on the 1st floor with 5 minutes to supermarket, fællledparken (garden and stadium) restaurants, public transportation etc. and 10-12 minuts from Kings Garden and the city center of Copenhagen. 12 minuts to the Metro "nørreport”

Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a central location - with a beautiful shared rooftop terrace. Stunning location close to Nordhavn Station/Metro. Walking distance from UN city! Apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator. Its is perfect for 2 persons. It can fit a 3rd person in the living room with a madras The apartment contains a bedroom and living room which has a working station as well. Fantastisk, moderne privat lejl. som passer perfekt til forretnings- eller ferierejsende (max 2 pers. - kun velegnet til voksne). - Rygning forbudt, ingen fester, events el. husdyr. Vi elsker beliggenheden & det bydelen byder på, spisesteder osv. Er det ikke nok er indre by med mere virkelig tæt på: 6 min med M4 metro til Kongens Nytorv/Nyhavn 9 min. med M4 metro til Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli ca 25 min med Metro til Københavns Lufthavn Havnebus

Bright &spacious flat in Copenhagen with balcony

Perfect for a couple. Newly refurbished 3 room flat in quiet street with great access to public transportation and only a 12 min bike ride to the city. Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

The apartment is located in inner Copenhagen in the middle of the vibrant shopping district. The apartment is facing a courtyard, but you can still hear the rich citylife in the background. The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.

Cosy apartment with great view next to the Metro

A lovely, light, modern apartment with a very high ceiling and big windows with great view. The bedroom is on a loft above the bathroom to make optimal use af space. There are 3 sofa beds in the living room. It’s possible to drive by the metro directly to the center of Copenhagen in only 12 min. From the airport to the apartment by Metro in just 30 min. The Metro station is only 300 meter from the apartment. You can also rent bicycles right next to the apartment.

Cozy 3-room apartment, in the heart of Østerbro

På stille vej ligger denne 3 værelset lejlighed på 85m2 med altan. S-Tog, bus og Metro ligger kun 400-600m væk. Der er mange cafeer og restauranter i området, og kun ca. 15 min. til centrum af København. De velbesøgte havnebade i Nordhavnen ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra lejligheden. 75m til byens bedste bager - JUNO, og 150m til BOPA plads og byens bedste isbutik - ISOTEKET. Parken 10 minutters gang, her har du byens største græsplæner, til leg og solbadning.
