Very special, cozy and comfortable house

This house is a real treasure, recently renovated with a lot of love and energy and paying close attention to detail. We use local materials and it looks very elegant and cozy. South facing the house is very, very bright and because there are windows in each room, there is always a little air,even in summer. It has good views of the Sierra de Lujar in front and also the Sierra Nevada in the north. It's right in the middle of Orgiva, in a very quiet alley. If you're looking for something special, that's it!

Corjito Abubilla is in an established small organic fruit farm and ornamental garden, this bright studio apartment that has a small kitchen/sitting area and en suite bathroom, is part of the main house, but you have your own terrace (with beautiful mountain views) and access to the 16 meter Swimming Pool and a private entrance to the apartment. Rustic air between Alpujarreño and Moroccan, it is a very cool house in summer and warm in winter, in addition to pellet stove has a large fireplace and lots of natural shade of deciduous trees on the terrace. The house is perfectly equipped with all the kitchenware, linens and towels. From the house to the village there are three minutes by car or 10 minutes walking along a path. ***Pets will only be allowed with prior notice to hosts and will take extra on the rate***

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village with views from the inside to the highest peaks of the peninsula, the Mulhacén 3482 and the Veleta. It is built 95% of it based on stones, earth and wood preserving its original structure recently renovated. I look with your mobility capacity as there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there can be flies and smells to cattle as there is a cabreriza nearby.
