Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

Es gibt einen unverbauten Blick zum Feyener Wald und teilweise zur Stadt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Badezimmer, Dusche und WC. Außerdem im Haus gibt es noch eine Gäste WC.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. The atmosphere in the eastern district of Trier is familiar and scenic alternatives. The pedestrian zone with all sights, museums and shopping opportunities, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking opportunities, everything is almost at your doorstep in 10 minutes. My accommodation is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over vast fields, quiet location, relaxation. Large garden behind the house. 50 m further children's playground at the village fountain.
