Completely redesigned and renovated a year ago this stylish home and patios offer open alfresco living on the seaside and into the beautiful back yard and gardens. Cycle & Walk to the town using the Coastal Pathway behind the property, or stay local and walk to Wineries, Restaurants, Cafes, Coffee, Art Gallery & Thai Massage. Bay View is a veg & fruit growing area so lots of yummy fresh local produce at roadside stands. 2nd shower in laundry room.

Executive 4/ or 5 bedroom home with sea views

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a group or family trips. A spa can be hired by prior arrangement . Westshore Beach is across the road and the views from the upstairs decking is 360 degrees. The locality is ideal for surfcasting, swimming and cycling or walking. A strictly no party policy. And strictly No Smoking inside house. There is also the option to rent a compact private 2 bedroom cottage ,which is behind the main house (Pals Cottage) listed on Airbnb .

This is our home. We love our home and hope you will respect and enjoy it. Although a 3 bedroom home our sons room will not be available to guests. We do have a cat that will need feeding (food will be left behind). Only 500m to Tennyson St and Clive Square /Saturday Market and the heart of Napier, 1.5km to Ahuriri and only 8 km to The Misson. There will be a light breakfast of Burgen bread, spreads, butter and, milk left for you
