Located in the heart of Vienna, just opposite the city park, this newly furnished apartment offers a quiet living atmosphere in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The heart of the apartment is the light-flooded dining area as well as the kitchen with all utensils. The apartment also features flat-screen cable TV. The location is excellent with the proximity to the city center as well as to the Vienna-Mitte traffic junction via the cat Airport Train, the express train as well as the subway 3 and 4. This new apartment has all the amenities to make your stay in Vienna unforgettable. It consists of an anteroom with storage areas, a living kitchen with dining area, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, combi stove, dishwasher, coffee machine), bedroom with wardrobe, as well as bathroom (shower and washing machine) and separate toilet. Guests are offered free Wi-Fi access and numerous TV channels via cable. Despite the excellent location, this accommodation is located in a beautiful, quiet and historic courtyard. There IS AN INFRARED SAUNA and shower ON the covered terrace for our guests. “A country of a thousand islands where tranquility comes to relax.” We are an ideal choice for both passive and active recreation seekers. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no immediate neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road lies the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is 300 HUF/person/night and has to be paid separately.

The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people.
