Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Cozy modern guest house that is central to all of Los Angeles highly desired destinations (View Park/Windsor Hills). The unit is detached and in the rear of the frontal unit (occupied by myself). Only 5 miles from LAX, 7 miles from the heart DTLA, and close to Santa Monica, Silicon and Venice Beaches(The Forum,Nokia,Staples too). The bedroom has a Queen size bed inside and a couch that folds out in the living room. DirecTV(HBO), NetFLIX, and Hulu are installed on the living room TV too (4Free).
