Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. Fabulous woodland lodge overlooking a waterfall

Waterfall Lodge is our sanctuary set in the heart of Snowdonia National Park (Eryri) we would love to welcome you to share it. It is a few minutes drive to Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) and is equally close to beautiful beaches. It is an ideal location to explore all the many attractions that this stunning area has to offer. The cottage is a 10 minute drive away to Barmouth or has Train Station a short 5-10 minute walk away. Dyffryn Beach is 20-25 minute pleasant walk or 5 minute car journey to vast sandy beaches which also joins onto Shell Island beach.
