Very comfortable house in a charming village.

Charming cottage, labeled, recently renovated, very well-equipped, with a beautiful living space, two beautiful bedrooms and a cozy landing allowing a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is rentable in any season thanks to central heating. The courtyard offers another pleasant living space for beautiful days. You will enjoy the calm of the village and the proximity of the large Lot sites: 4 km from Gouffre de Padirac, 3 km from Carennac, 8 km from Autoire, 30 min from Rocamadour, 100 m from the Dordogne.

Village house in Gintrac at 4 km from the abyss of Padirac,3 km from Carennac,8 km from Autoire and 25min from Rocamadour.Renovated stone house, including 1 living room equipped kitchen,with TV and internet,in this room there is a sofa bed BZ . Upstairs we find a bedroom with 1 bed 160 ,the bathroom with toilet. Outside covered terrace and an uncovered view of the ruins of Taillefer.La Dordogne at 100m fishing ,canoeing ,hiking and mountain biking...shops at 5 min .
