Nice apartment of 3,5 rooms for 110 m2, finished with Engadin woodwork. Located a short walk (less than 100m) from the ski slopes starting for the Corvatch, adjacent to the public transport, close to the woods starting area of many trails and cross-country ski trails. The lake is about 200m away. Unparalleled location in a quiet area. Direct access to the garden with reserved space, plants and squirrels populate the green area. Large living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
