Charming southern villa close to the city center /Dyreparken

Cozy villa from 1925 with fantastic location just outside the city center. The house is located in a quiet side street in a great residential area on Lund. Lovely garden with good sun conditions and possibility for barbecue, play and relaxation. The house holds a modern standard while offering old charm. Suitable for two families with children as there are two master bedrooms with associated bedrooms suitable for children. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center and is within walking distance to most Bystranda, Bertes and Markensgate.

We rent out our cozy detached house in a quiet area overlooking Gillsvann, 300m from the beach in water, 600m to the sea. 4 bedrooms + TV room with daybed (160x270) + attic living room with double sofa bed. 2 bathrooms with shower, living room, open kitchen-dining room solution with space for 20. Minimum 10 beds + baby bed added. Sunny terrace with garden furniture, gas grill, garden room with lounge, 250sqm lawn with trampoline. Short distance to nice bathing areas in fresh water and sea. 11 min to Dyreparken. Rented to families with children!

Child-friendly house with large garden near Dyreparken

New (2009) large single-family home with four bedrooms and a TV lounge with sofa bed. There are beds for 9, but possibility of mattresses on the floor. The home is furnished in a modern way. There are two bathrooms, one has both a shower and a bathtub. Lots of games and toys for kids tv games in the TV room Outside area is sunny with dining area, sofa group and barbecue. Big new trampoline from 2018! Large terrace on 3 floors with sun until 10: 15 pm my summer! Parking for several cars on your own property. 10 min drive to Dyreparken.

The house is excellent for families with children. Has 5 bedrooms (3 double beds, one single bed, 2 cribs and 2 mattresses),2 brand new bathrooms (one with shower cubicle and one with extra large bathtub), a large living room with home cinema, a spacious cozy fireplace, large sea view terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the necessities. 5 min drive to the Zoo and 15 to the city center. Good bus connections. Bed linen and towels can be rented. No party, no smoking, and no animals

Charming single-family home for quiet orderly people. The house contains hallway, living room and large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, tiled bathroom w/heating cables. Brushed something up in 2023. The house is perfect for families or groups of friends. Walking distance to the city center. Sunday open shop and bus stop in the immediate vicinity only 70 meters from the house. Bus goes straight to the city center. 10 min walk to lovely hiking area in Ravnedalen and Baneheia. NB! Use of Pool and spa bathroom is extra charge in season.

Great villa located in a new residential area on Dvergsnes. Home with 5 large bedrooms, three living rooms (where one is with sofa bed), bathroom with bathtub,double shower, toilet and double sink. A large toilet with a sink. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet great views to the sea and the entrance to Kristiansand, and only 150 meters to the sea and swimming areas. The zoo - Sørlandssenteret and Kristiansand city centre are 10-15 minutes drive. The home is excellent for 2 and 3 families.

Here you live on the edge of the forest, close to swimming areas in the river, sea and forest water. 15 min from shopping center, 20 minutes from Kristiansand city centre. 5 more minutes convenience store with fresh bread every day - also Sunday! Relax here with the whole family and Jens the cat will take care of you. If you find anything in the kitchen garden, you're good to go :)
