Beautifully located on the outskirts of the community, this cottage is located in Le, with its own south facing patio and expansive sea views 75 meters from the cottage. The cabin has a main room with a double bed and a small table, fridge and closet. A separate bedroom with cozy bunk bed and in the entrance there is a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, electric kettle and accessories. A private fresh bathroom with shower in adjacent former school building, possibility to rent additional small cottage with 1.40 bed available. Also outdoor shower and playhouse.

Bathroom with ladder or beach just below. Close to Smögenbryggan, Kungshamn, Hunnebostrand, Nordens Ark, Sotenäs Gk and everything else nice in Sotenäs. Large terrace with dining area, barbecue and two relaxation chairs. Completely newly built kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed with room for two. Bedlinen and towels are included. (Not weekends before Midsummer). Cleaning is done by tenant.

Newly built guest house that was completed in 2021! Here you live with 2.8 km to Hunnebostrand Coastal Pearl & its cozy community with its shops, ports & lovely bathing areas. The residence is located between two stables on quiet street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and to Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve it is 9.2 km. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as well as Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Close it is also to Fjällbacka.

Large sleeping loft with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed and 2 bed footchairs on the first floor. Open plan. Bed sheets and towels included. There is also a drink to borrow. Small but well planned appartment perfect for two people. Just one room but it is devided in two parts. One with a big bed 140 cm wide, a smartTV, and some storage and readinglamps. The other part is a kitchen with one small inductionplatter, a coffebrewer, a kettle, a fridge and a sink. Everything for normal cooking such as cuttlery, pan and potts, plates, knifes, glass all sorts etc etc. Yoy may also use a big fryingpan made for outdoor use on your balcony.
