Set in lovely countryside, the Stables Flat is a private one bedroom apartment decorated in a modern style. It is part of a stable yard that is no longer in use. Guests and their dogs are welcome to enjoy the paddocks and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. There are lots of circular country walks including dog friendly pubs and the Bolney wine estate and cafe. Being close to the A23 and A272, gives easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens.

The Annex is attached to our home and has its own private entrance and shared back garden. There is a separate shower and toilet. The kitchenette has a fridge ,2 plate induction hob and a combination microwave . It is situated with in a mile from Horsham main train station. Gatwick airport is 20 min train ride .London Victoria is 1 hour 10 by train. Horsham is a picturesque town with lots to do. It has a farmers market, plenty of shops and restaurants.

2 Bedroom Barn Annexe in the Surrey Hills

The annexe is set back from the road in a rural location. The building is a good size and will comfortably accommodate a party of 5. There is enough seating and dining space for all. Many of our guests stay with us to have a catch up with friends or some quality family time. Country walks start at the door step, with a signed public footpath. There are 3 pubs you can walk to following these paths The Barley Mow, The Haycutter and The Grumpy Mole.
