The Little 10 - The Studio

The historic building (1840) is located in the center of Flensburg. Three small, completely separate apartments for 2 persons each, invite you to feel good. The renovations of the interiors were carried out by boat builders from the Flensburg Museum Shipyard in 2006. Make a lot out of little space - they have a clue about that. Until then, unused corners became smart shelves and storage spaces. This is exactly what makes the charm of the "Little 10" so special. The stairs to the upper two apartments are rather steep.

The beautiful Johannisviertel in the old town of Flensburg is only 150m away from the center and harbor and impresses despite the central location by the peace and idyll of the district. My place is right by the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections bring one within 10 min. to the center of Flensburg. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes by foot, bike or also by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants close by. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach proximity

Cozy circus car incl.morget. Close to the water.

Very nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Insulated and inlaid heat. Only 350 m from lovely beach and forest as well as Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic bowls etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as linens and towels. Parking lot right next to the circus wagon. 300 m to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensburg.
