The Estate is situated in an exclusive residential area, just 10 minutes away from downtown. We provide you with some complimentary toast, butter, marmelade, cheese, milk,... Supermarket, bakery (open on sunday morning), café, hairdresser are in 10 min walking distance.

Mediterranean 2 ZKB attic apartment 50 sqm

We (Armin,66, Heidi, 59 and Waltraud, 83) live in a 2-family house with 50 square meters of attic apartment in a Bielefeld district and yet very central. Bakers, doctors, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl,small shops and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you can be in the city in 17 minutes at the train station on Boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 mins). A free guest parking is available.

Cozy 3-room apartment in a central location of Gütersloh. The apartment approx. 60 m², consists of living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.40 m wide bed, the other with a single bed, kitchen, bathroom. Shopping facilities, city park, bus connection, fun pool, gym in 3-10 minutes walking distance. The city centre can be reached in about 20 minutes. The companies Bertelsmann and Miele are very close by. Smoking is only allowed in the covered outdoor area, see photo.

Mono im Teuto

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

The attic of this quarry stone house, built in 1865, has been completely renovated. It has a wonderfully quiet location with views of fields and trees ! Calm down is guaranteed here! Within walking distance you can reach the golf course and a lake around which you can walk or jog wonderfully. Bike tours can be easily planned from here... The beautiful old town is about 5 km away

Known from the local press! Article see pictures! I offer my small (60sqm living space + 30sqm terrace + 1.000sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for your stay? Call me. A separate apartment (without kitchen) with an adjoining bathroom all to yourself. Extra bed for an extra charge!
