The stylish and complete cottage is right on the De Groeve boating and fishing water and in the mill bioop. With a boat you can sail within a few minutes to the vast Schildmeer or the historic city of Appingedam. The city of Groningen and the Wadden Sea are also nearby. Beautiful hiking and cycling area.

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Relax wonderfully in this green oasis near the city of Groningen. Fully furnished single-level guest house for 2. You'll love sitting on the covered terrace under the grape bushes with a glass of wine and a good book. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.
