Note week 30 is Valborg in Juelsminde and can be rented there. Try a cozy and romantic overnight stay on our lovely boat 14 km from the center of Aarhus. There is a restaurant, beach, fire cabins and forest right by the small cozy harbor, as well as bus connection to Aarhus. Valborg consists of a small living room with a kitchen. At each end of the boat there is a bedroom with attached toilet. On the roof a cozy terrace. Sailing trips can be purchased. For an additional price, the boat can be booked from Aarhus Island. Amazing newly built & modern houseboat on 2 floors. Upstairs: hallway and guest toilet. Large & bright kitchen & dining room ending out in a lovely living room. From the living room there is access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the unique view, morning-dinner & evening sun. Take a dip or enjoy a trip on a supboard. Ground floor: 3 rooms: 1 room with double bed & terrace. 1 children's room with 1 single bed 90x200cm. 1 children's room with single bed 65x170cm, possibility of 90x200cm bed. Large nice bathroom.

Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area on deck. We have central heating, so the temperature is comfortable all year round. The houseboat has in each end of the ship to seperate appartments with seperate entrances from outside, seperate kichens, seperat baths and seperate deck. very charming

Unique boathouse.

My home is built on water with a beautiful view, sunset and a small harbour. It got its own terrace with access to take a swim. Its newly built (2020), close to nature and the center of Copenhagen. On bike you can reach every interesting place in Copenhagen. The area is a mix of klondike and very modern houses surrounded by canals, a confrontation between old and new, with large areas of nature, one of the last untouched areas in Copenhagen.
