"The Gem" by the Ocean at Cocoa Beach

Ocean front home ONLY 60 FEET TO BEACH, (any closer you're wet), 15 minutes from Port Canaveral, 5 minutes from Ron Jon's Surf Shop and 45 minutes to the Orlando airport. Once you arrive plan an adventure or don't leave at all. With a master bedroom(king) & bath, 2 guest bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin) & bath and 1 convertible Murphy bed. There is room for a family or a small group of friends. The kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare delicious meals while interacting with family and the ocean view. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities and stainless steel appliances. For extended stays the washer and dryer will be accessible to our guests. When you arrive expect a clean and inviting space. We are excited to learn what interests you in the area and provide information or inside scoop possible. We certainly suggest walking north up the beach to Coconut's for some live music and seafood. There are many other quality restaurants in the area depending on your tastes. We are happy to make suggestions. Our family has owned and vacationed in this home for 60 years and seen 4 generations. The wood paneled walls and ceilings are original from 1949. It is often said in fun, "if these walls could talk, no , really!". We all consider it home away from home and are thrilled to share just that feeling with our guests. Some guests include the very first Astronauts as depicted in the movie "The Right Stuff".

SUNNY DELIGHT 2... Stylish & updated beach home that was a pleasure to renovate & design with the beach traveler in mind. Large, fenced-in patio, 3 blocks (.2 miles) from the beach. East side of A1A, beach side. Plenty of parking, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, blow up mattress, 1 bathroom. Wagon w/all the gear (coolers, boogie boards, bikes, etc) to get to the beach w/easy garage access. Grill out at home or go out, we are approx 1 mi to Cocoa Beach Pier, 1 mi to Port Canaveral, get out & explore!

Enjoy this bright spacious home east of A1A, that is just a two minute walk to the beach. Also Ron Jon Surf Shop, Shepard's Park, grocery stores, miniature golf, and restaurants. Historic Cocoa beach pier with it's dinning, music, and RiKKi Tiki tavern overlooking the water, are a short walk away. Only a 3 mile drive to Port Canaveral for Cruise ships, waterfront restaurants, night life and chartered fishing. Kennedy space center is 15 miles north, Orlando attractions are 45 minutes to the west.

Vacation home located only 2 blocks from beach public access with handicap accessible ramp. Fully remodeled from the foundation up with all new furniture and appliances. Large drive capable of handling up to three vehicles and a pool in the backyard surrounded by a high privacy fence. Only a short drive away from Cape Canaveral harbor and only 30 minutes from Orlando with all that it has to offer (Disney, Universal, Lego Land). Plenty of local restaurants, malls, and of course the beach.

Living the dream beach cottage #2

This cottage is very charming! Stocked with Beach gear, towels and everything you need to relax and have a great beach vacation. Private location, just a short walk up the beach to Cocoa Beach Pier, also Port Canaveral as well as being close to Kennedy Space center. We also get a great view of all the rocket launches! Just bring your bathing suit! Not to far from restaurants, bars, an lots of things to do!
