There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceiling and air conditioning and bathroom in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant holiday. Hair dryer is also available in each room. You can enjoy the landscape in the Balinese style with a private pool in the garden. There are two terraces with a seating set, a dining table and a swing, and there is an area suitable for your every need and pleasure.

Experience Quiet and Peace of mind very close to the center of Alaçatı

Our villa is also the central location of Alaçatı, 4-6 min walk to the village bazaar,with air conditioning, no parking problems, easy to reach, close to grocery stores (Shock,A101, Migros,Macrocenter). It has a large and spacious lounge, 3 spacious terraces at the front and back, a double bed in one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a double bed in the other room, its own en-suite bathroom and its own terrace. You can get away from the crowd of Alaçatı and choose it for a quiet, calm and peaceful holiday.

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everywhere as a family. 5 minute walk to Cesme marina. Amphitheater and macrocenter are a 3-minute walk away. Ilıca and Dalyan are 5 minutes away from Alacati. It is 15 minutes away from all the beaches and the surrounding beaches. Nature hotel, which is located next to the house, has access to the restaurant and cafe of the hotel. The house has a washing machine, constant hot water, wi-fi, open kitchen. There is a double bed and sofa bed.

Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. The agricultural area is dotted with characterful farmhouses nestled in between the fields. The public beach with its crystal clear water is within walking distance.

Peaceful and solitary seaside house a few meters from the Aegean Sea. 75 square meters indoor, 70 square meters patio, 1000 square meters of garden. Ideal for a couple or a family of three-four. There is no door between living room and bedroom. 20 minutes drive to Urla, 30 minutes drive to Çesme/Alaçatı and 40 minutes drive to Izmir.
