Encantador y romántico estudio con balcones andaluces. Muy luminoso, todo exterior, con cocina integrada al salón y original baño en cubo de cristal. Tiene además una amplia terraza, sin vistas, pero estupenda para desayunar o tomar algo. Situado en el centro histórico, en una zona tranquila a 8 minutos a pie de Calle Larios y Plaza de la Constitución. Loft apartment in the center of the city, 45m2 . It is the 2nd floor of a 3-story building. It is quiet being on a pedestrian street. With 2 double beds one of them is elevated. It is 5 minutes from the main streets of the city, such as Calle Larios, Pablo Picasso's Natal House or the Thyssen Museum among others. Bars and restaurants of all kinds in the surrounding area. The beach is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
