We would like to welcome you to the historic seat in the village of Smědeč, whose oldest preserved written mention dates back to 1445 and which stands just a few meters from the medieval Linecka trail. Today, we are grateful for the many beautiful monuments in this region of the Bohemian Mountains. The village of Smodeč was founded in 1310 and today only a few historical houses have been preserved, including a place to stay and enjoy the feeling of ancient times, memories and stories that have long passed.

We have long built and worked on it, now it is ready: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the second floor. It consists of entrance hall, bedroom, children's room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. A cot, dining chair, potty and bathtub are also available. The journey to the center takes about 5 minutes. There are several grocery stores, restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Bed linen and towels are always available. In case of using your own bed linen, there is a 250 CZK discount!! I recommend taking a swimsuit with you (Aquapark approx. 30 km)
