Tucked away gem

Sweet cottage all the amenities. There's a brand new stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer and heater/air conditioner. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You have a private entrance and your own parking space if needed. There are two skylights situated in the loft area. We are a five minute walk from the Ashby Bart station and a 30 minute train ride to San Francisco. We are a 20 minute walk away from College avenue shopping area

Studio guesthouse with patio

I most often use this as my office - it even comes with an elliptical - but for days that I don’t use, I thought I would open it up to Airbnb guests - like it was intended when it first started. I like the idea of maximally sharing space. I think this would be best if you were visiting friends close by without an extra bedroom and needed a place to crash/leave your stuff. It’s not fancy :) Squeezing in three adults is possible, but it will be VERY tight!
