Cozy apartment in a quiet location with a balcony

The apartment is on the ground floor and is nice and cool in the summer. It was completely refurbished and lovingly, with a lot of craftsmanship, designed by us ourselves. The wooden workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....there is no noise to be expected)😉The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop,which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly . Blackout blinds are fitted. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available for questions. Books and games are available.

Cozy small cave in villa

The room is located in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor sitting area with table for guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the cloakroom where there is also a fridge kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40x2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

The modern and comfortable apartment for up to four guests was renovated and equipped in December 2017. A few minutes walk from the central station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals from local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A washing/drying machine will be purchased at the next rental of 1 month or more.
