Ydilische Bed and Breakfast Walden (walden is the Frisian word for forests) is located in the National landscape Northern Frisian forests. Characteristic is the ‘smûke' backdrop landscape with thousands of kilometres of elk collectors, dykswâlen (wood walls) and hundreds of pingos and pools. The area has unique flora and fauna. The biodiversity here is great. A short distance from Groningen, Leeuwarden, Dokkum and the Ydillian Wadden Islands. The surroundings are very suitable for walking, cycling, canoeing.

Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. B&B 't Strunerke

Kom ook eens overnachten in de Noardlike Fryske Wâlden. Deze omgeving staat bekend om de vele elzensingels. Een prachtige groene omgeving, met vele fiets- en wandelpaden. Maar ook als je gewoon eens erop uit wilt is onze B&B aan te raden. Onze tuin grenst aan de weilanden van Staatsbosbeheer en heeft een weids uitzicht. Met een beetje geluk zie je de reeën lopen. Voor 10 euro per persoon per nacht kun je ook nog eens genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt in de morgen.
