Brand new apartment with a cottage feel

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walk of 100 meters to the ski slopes of Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åres lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find the restaurant, mini life and the ski bus into Åre (open during ski season). Forced privately by Daniel & Emma!

Newly built cabin of 30 sqm with one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and cozy sleeping loft. 15 min to cross country skiing or hiking, 5 min to swimming and fishing in Indalsälven and 11 min to alpine skiing or downhill cycling in Åre. St Olavsleden passes outside the cabin. The cottage is located on the villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre which is 12km away. The cabin is 400m from Undersåker train station and 150m from the bus stop.

Log house with ski-in ski-out location and magical view of Åresjön. In summer, the mbt trails are just outside the house. Everyone in the group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna overlooking the lake. The 4 bedrooms are divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed. 1 bedroom with bunk bed and sofa bed. Kitchen upstairs adjacent to dining area and living room with large panaroma windows.

Great apartment in central Åre.

Very nice apartment in central Åre with three bedrooms, free parking and sauna. Only five minutes walk to the train station, grocery store, the square and the ski system. The apartment has combined kitchen and living room with dinner table and sofa group in front of the TV. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna as well as separate storage for skis, sports goods, clothes etc. Parking with space for one car. Patio overlooking Åresjön.
