The apartment is about 100m2, on the 2nd floor, has 2 bedrooms and a living/dining area with pull-out couch. in the bathroom there is shower and bath, toilet is separate. Abstetten is located on the edge of the Vienna Woods, 1km from Sieghartskirchen on the Bundesstraße 1. The station Tullnerfelder Bahnhof of the Hochleistungsbahn Wien-Salzburg is in the immediate vicinity and you are in about 10 minutes in the center of Vienna,also in about 10 minutes in the state capital St. Pölten.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. 38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the goose ditch to the Heidenstatt ... Bicycles for the Heurigenfahrt, boats for the river and lake and gives us free. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. I run Austria's last traditional mirror workshop as a mirror maker. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!

Altenberg/Greifenstein offers a broad range of leissure possibilties (swimming, mountainbiking, hiking,...) Close to our place there are a number of restaurants which can me reached by walking in about 10 min.
