I opened the first Messina store in Darlinghurst, Sydney, in two thousand two. My mission: create the best gelato in Australia, using Australian ingredients and no shortcuts. Today, Messina has over thirty stores and a custom-built HQ in Sydney. I’m excited to share my story and the process behind our irresistible gelato with you.
