Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Upper Darby Township

This space was close to many stores, nice neighborhood, and was within a short distance of where my party needed to get to. The house was very clean and had many amenities.

Chantel's place was great. About 20 min from where I needed to go. Very clean. Looked like the picture. The bed was comfortable. The bedrooms were one flight up. The bathroom was very modern, shower was modern. She gave us enough towels and wash clothes and make up remover. She had a bottle of wine waiting for us, a nice touch. She was very responsive and quick to answer questions. Very easy to find her door and to get in. It was street parking but it was easy to find a spot.

Evelyn was great! Super responsive and friendly. The house was absolutely perfect for our family visiting Philadelphia for Thanksgiving.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

We are incredibly grateful to have stayed at this wonderful Airbnb! After a disaster at another place we had originally booked, the host graciously accepted us last minute, and we couldn't have been more relieved. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the space is – it's stylish, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and we really appreciate their kindness and understanding. Everything was amazing, and we can't recommend this beautiful home enough. Thank you for making our trip so much better!

We enjoyed our stay at Manpreet’s place! It was spacious, and the perfect place to stay for the weekend with friends and our dogs.

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Perfect spot for our visiting family. Close to many amenities, lots of room, and an overall homey and fun spot. Hosts are so responsive and kind. They were proactive in reaching out with check in instructions and follow up quickly. This put our mind and travels at ease.

The apartment is a nice size and has a full size kitchen. Timothy gave detailed instructions on checking in to the place. It is in a quiet area. If you are looking for a place to feel like home while on the road, I recommend his apartment.

This is my second time staying at Shanda’s place. When available , it is always a staple for me to book when I am traveling to Philly! 😊The area is peaceful and the parking that is part of the home is always a plus. As always , Shanda is friendly when contacted and sends details instructions. The home is always clean, smells so good when you walk in, and is comfortable.

The host was very responsive. We got snowed in and the maintenance person showed up within 15 minutes, helped me unstuck my car and cleaned up the driveway. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent rental for anyone visiting family/friends/college students in the area. I stayed there for 5 nights visiting my daughter, who just started in college nearby and needed a break from dorm life! The apartment is pristine and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or eat meals you might bring in. Samantha's welcome packet is full of invaluable information and recommendations. She was very responsive to my questions. The area is very walkable, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Grocery stores, including Acme and Whole Foods, are also a quick drive. The onsite parking spot makes things extra simple. Would highly recommend it, and we hope to stay there every time we come to visit.

Really appreciated what Yoseph put together here. I believe this property is new to Yoseph, but Yoseph is experienced in many other Airbnb properties before this one… and it shows! :) Yoseph did a phenomenal job! The house we stayed at was great, very clean and getting in was a breeze. We were able to park around the corner all weekend and there are spaces available in close proximity. With just being us girls and not being there before the area was very walkable and we felt safe. Natasha made it very easy to get in and out of the apartment. Would absolutely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy and well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable too. If you are not driving, many sites of interest are a subway ride away, Uber or within walking distance. The place is on one of the major streets in Philadelphia, so everything is close. Would definitely stay here again.

Must stay in this place was very comfortable, cozy and close to everything. We parked that car and didn’t use our car for our stay for three days. The bus the train the bus the walk in the district the restaurant everything was just so convenient if I ever come back to Philadelphia, I will definitely come back and stay in this place again thank you for being a great host, if need be, I will see you soon

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

My stay at Rainie & Billy’s place was immaculate and I would stay there again. Probably one of the most chill and private places to stay in the city for the money you will spend. I spent a lot of time in the unit and heard the neighbors only when they moved to the elevator—which the unit is right next to. I was looking to cook in the unit and my only real complaint was that the cookware was very simple and some of it was even broken. Luckily I came with some of my own cookware so that wasn’t a problem. Overall you won’t be disappointed with your stay here.

Had a perfect stay! Location was great. Parking was easy. Kristen provided clear instructions that made checking in and out a breeze. Place was clean and as described. Would stay again.

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)
