This 113-acre preserve includes several marked hiking trails leading to a lovely waterfall, scenic vistas, and the foundation of a paper mill. Non-motorized activities include walking, cross country skiing, observing nature, or just relaxing. Access to the preserve is from a parking area on the west side of Route 144 just south of the Albany/Greene County line. No motorized vehicles are permitted. (11 min drive)

A beautiful hike to waterfalls and if you cross the street, hike over the first bridge made from recycled plastic milk containers to the Hudson River.
A little bit of a hike in, but the path is fairly flat and ends at a waterfall with a swimming hole.
