Island Market is a full supermarket in Eastsound where you can get whatever you need. It is located on Prune Alley. Their prices are a bit higher than in Seattle so we often bring a few groceries from home.

It's the grocery store. Want free range kombucha? You can likely find it here. But try the coop for the really crunchy items
