The location is strategic and it is convenient to get to places of interest. Rune is a very friendly and proactive host. He gives clear instructions way before check in and is always available to answer to my messages. I strongly recommend Rune’s apartment for your stay in Oslo!

Came to Oslo for the weekend and didn’t know what to expect as it was our first time here. Thomas’ apartment is located in such a great location near to everything we wanted to see such as the MUNCH museum the opera house. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the weekend! AC is the co host and couldn’t be any more helpful and friendly with some excellent recommendations of places to go and restaurants to eat at. If I am to return to Oslo I would 100% book to stay again and would recommend to anyone looking at this review. We had an amazing time so thank you AC and to Thomas also 😃

I had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this charming Airbnb in Norway! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The accommodation was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The location was perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Norway, with easy access to hiking trails, picturesque fjords, and quaint villages. We came to see the biathlon World Cup competition and also it was the first time in Norway. I cannot express enough how good this apartment was in terms of the location and functionality. Bathroom is clean, shower is great, water pressure is great. Kitchen has all the necessities you can use. All the restaurants around are really good, we tried a few, never were disappointed. I honestly cannot find one negative thing. So far it’s our best Airbnb we ever stayed at. The transportation is easy and the trams and buses are right there, very close. I certainly would come back. The host AC was always responsive within minutes. Loved it a lot!

It’s hard to pick the right location for a short stay in an unfamiliar city but this place was definitely the right choice. The apartment is warm, well-equipped and has a sunny balcony. The area is a small development on the harbourside made up of new apartment blocks with cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and a state alcohol shop really close by. Even with my broken foot, we managed to walk almost everywhere with the nearby bus connecting to everything else. It took 45 mins to get to the airport this morning- 2mins walk to bus, connecting to the train (all included in the Oslo pass). The hosts are great, would love to return.

Ich war 5 Wochen dort. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Zu Fuß kommt man recht schnell an ein großes Einkaufszenter, dort gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Generell kommt man zu Fuß sehr gut zu recht. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel habe ich nicht getestet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und man kann sich gut mit ihm unterhalten. Er hatte mir angeboten eine Wanderung zu machen, was ich auch gerne gemacht habe. Er gab viele Tipps was man machen kann in der Umgebung aber auch Tipps für längere Fahrten. Alles in allem sehr tolle 5 Wochen.

Christian was a great host, he was acommodating and was easily reached. The place is amazing, was as advertised and easy to find. It's located a bit far from the city (15mins away via tolls), but exactly what we want, peaceful from the hustle and bustle of Oslo. The place feels homey, the christmas vibes add to the whole holiday vibes. One small nitpicky detail is that, as mentioned by Christian, this is usually where they stay at, so as mentioned there is a bit of a clutter here and there. Noticed some unclean dishes and airfryer, but otherwise the place is great. Felt like home. Overall it's a 4.7/5 for me and my family, we had an amazing time in Oslo and a contributing factor was Christian's place! ♥️

Really Nice! We had a great time! House is located in a super beatuful location and the house had more than enough Space and all Kind Equipment. We would come again for sure!

We had an amazing time at Heidi’s beautiful home in Fagerstrand. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Heidi is a wonderful host and an incredibly kind and helpful person. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm and thoughtful host!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing water view. Artsy, well designed, comfortable. Steep access road could be challenging in winter. Very helpful host. Lovely ambiance and well equipped. Would defiitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne’s place. Great find. It matched the descriptions, the place is beyond peaceful. Very warm, cozy. We were alway comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to make meals comfortably. Anne is a very caring host. We hope to visit again!

Great little spot on the water. We had everything we needed. Walkable to a lot neat areas. Our car was too tall for the parking lot (with a ski rack) and the only other lot we could find to accommodate was a 15 min walk away and 600kr per day. Figuring out how to get in, find the right spot, where to unload etc with kids was a little difficult. But once we were settled in, we loved it. My 10 and 13 year olds loved walking around, going to the grocery, cold water dips at sunset. We walked all over town from this neighborhood. Really a great spot.

If you are staying anywhere near Oslo then give Christians place a try. It is absolutely perfect. The layout of the apartment is actually very nice for a city like this. It has an amazing balcony on both sides that gives you views to see so many things plus there is a rooftop area that has stunning views. The place was super clean and so easy for getting around Oslo, either by car, walking, bus, or scooter. There are 2 grocery stores within 2 minute walk and tons of very nice restaurants and shops. This place was absolutely stunning.

Paul was an excellent host. Great communication and very helpful. The place was bright and beautiful and close to everything...restaurants, museums, grocery stories and shopping. I would stay here again.

The perfect location from which to explore Oslo. Located in the vibrant Aker Brygge section of Oslo, there are many restaurants near by, but you never hear the street noise. The apartment is well-furnished for your stay in Oslo. We particularly enjoyed the heated floors in the bathrooms. Henrik promptly responded to our questions and graciously allowed an early check in to accommodate our schedule. The National Museum, the Nobel Peace Center, City Hall, local ferries, and shopping are a few minutes walk away. If we have the opportunity to return to Oslo, we’ll definitely try to book Henrik’s apartment.
