Holiday rentals with breakfast in Seminole County

We visited for my daughter‘s 10th birthday and could not have had a better time! We only live two hours south and visit the area all the time as annual passholders but this time we decided to stay at the Westgate resort for my daughter’s birthday and what a wonderful decision it was. The amenities at the resort are wonderful our kids had hours of entertainment between the waterpark, swimming pools, video arcade and restaurants with activities on site there’s almost no reason to leave the resort. The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay and the condo was spacious and had everything you could ask for while being away from your own home. We were also allowed to bring our family dog so again this place is absolutely great and a safe bet for any family looking to relax and enjoy their time away! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts we will definitely be back!!

I couldn't of asked for a better host! Nick and Anna are wonderful people, and are very accommodating for when you are staying there. The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We stayed for bike week, and it was great to be away from all of the noise. The bar downstairs was a very nice touch. After a long day of riding, just relax at the bar and play some tunes on the jukebox. Nick and Anna are great conversationalists, and we're very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend staying here over any other place. Truly a 10/10 experience. We are looking forward to booking again in the future!

Family of 10 came here and was very happy to choose this place. It was perfect for us, loads of space and areas to chill and have a good time. You can tell by the moment you looked around that someone cares about this place. A lot of thoughtful things added, it felt like a home from home. Will defo book again.

Stayed at Austin's while in Florida on hunting trip. very clean and comfortable. Austin was quick to respond to any questions that I may have had. would highly recommend this place super nice people

The stay was fine. House was fine. Met up with Randy because of some problem with the house keeper that somehow was living in the most tiny wooden shed in the backyard? Anyway, Randy pointed out a few things he’s fixing in the house. The biggest thing was how Randy speaks to you in person and over text but it’s not worth getting into an argument for. He couldn’t give a direct answer on what times he would or wouldn’t be on site doing yard work or repairs. It eventually turned to he didn’t show up at all which was preferred but was not communicated at all. I asked all communication to be re-communicated over the Airbnb chat so we both had record and he refused. Anyways house is fine for the price.

We loved our stay in Eustis. Close location to everything we were looking to go do and home was lovely. So nice to get a welcome basket upon arrival with a few snacks and treats for our stay. Thanks for a great stay

Donna’s place is well appointed and expansive. My family enjoyed the walkable location and especially the bicycles provided!

I had a fantastic stay at Dora’s Heart. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—just minutes from downtown Mount Dora, a charming area filled with unique boutiques, excellent restaurants, and a welcoming small-town atmosphere. One restaurant I highly recommend is Goblin Market, known for its cozy ambiance and outstanding cuisine. Additionally, the property’s proximity to State Road 429 provides easy access to surrounding areas, making it a convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers. If you’re visiting the area, this is an excellent place to stay.

We stayed here because it was located very close to Full Sail University, where we were dropping our daughter off for school. It was a perfect landing place for us - much better than getting a hotel. David was very communicative. We arrived late at night after a long drive and he even had batteries for the lock delivered at that late hour when I mentioned that it was running low.

This place is great!! was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with wifi when we checked in. Let me tell you. Steve was at our door within 10 mins of us sending out our message. He even had to remove equipment (modem, Router) and return to a store for exchange. He did that the following morning and got it working right away. The location is close to everything on Idrive, SeaWorld, etc yet still tucked away from the traffic. Walgreens connected to the entrance, 7/11 across the street with a new Chick Fil A as well. We needed a late check out and it was granted immediately. Can't thank them enough. The responsiveness was incredible. Denise was wonderful too. We will definitely be back!!!. don't forget to check out the pool. Very large Pool and Jacuzzi. with DJ and games. Oh and a Bar. coming back soon.

Super cozy place for a weekend or week trip right in the heart of Orlando. And super close to the parks so that a plus.

We had a wonderful stay with Lourdes and Paul! They were extremely professional and kind. We felt right and home and could come and go as needed. It was a perfect stay for our family vacation!

Misty and Phil are great! I was traveling to South Florida and needed an overnight accommodation. I arrived a little after 8 pm, and they were playing a game of CATAN in the kitchen! We sat and chatted for an hour and a half or so and had a nice visit. People like Phil and Misty are what Airbnb are all about—being friendly, kind, down to earth, and interested in learning about new people. I slept a solid 8 hours and was well-rested for the next day’s drive. Thank you, Misty and Phil! 😊😊😊

Karrie and Roan’s B&B was a wonderful find for a stay down the east coast of FL. Great location and a very cool and unique place to stay. The house and rooms were nicely decorated with themes. I had the Mardi Gras room on the first floor. Very quiet and private, well appointed and the continental breakfast was a welcome treat. Karrie was very accommodating of my unscheduled, late arrival and met me at the door. She’s a great host and committed to her guests having a great experience. I highly recommend for a stay in the area.

Paul and Lourdes were wonderful hosts . They were friendly , kind and generous. They were excellent in every possible way and always willing to help . The room and house were comfortable and impeccable, exactly as described in the pictures. The Breakfast in the morning was a big bonus for me and my friend . Special thanks to Lourdes for going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and accommodating . We had a good chat with her before leaving . Also they have a cute dog Luna . The most important thing is that the hosts ensure our privacy This is a great location and pretty much near to the attractions . The neighbourhood is safe and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again when I visit Orlando.

Jay and Chris are wonderful people, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assure you are taken care of from even before you arrive. We immediately felt at ease, and hit a new level of relaxation in our trip when we arrived to stay with them. Their home is both comfortable and artistic, a welcome break from bland hotels. Within just a few hours of arriving we were already plotting when our next visit may be. If that isn't enough, there is walkability to local markets, various lakes, and some very good restaurants if youre interested in these sorts of things. Our only regret was we didn't book a longer stay the first time through. We wont make that mistake again.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Inn on The Avenue! The livingroom, kitchen & dining area is vibrant, fun, beachy and comfortable enouch to curl up and read a book. In the morning before we left, (Carole, who was a great host) made wonderful Italian scrambled eggs while we made pancakes on a griddle set in the table and talked with her and a few other guests. We were sorry it was only an overnight stay. This is a perfect place for couples to stay, girls trips, book clubs... Location is incredible, walking distabce to bars, restaurants and the ocean. We truly can't wait to return!

The Mermaid Room was decorated so cute, the bed was comfy, and the jacuzzi spa was awesome. We had a fantastic time here and the location (right on Flagler) was perfect. We could walk to all the cute shops, restaurants, and the beach. Tamara and Francis were so sweet and made brownies, cookies, and sangria for us daily. We loved their table pancake griddles and their homemade breakfast each morning. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!!

My son and I had a great stay with Phil and Misty! The zebra room had everything that we needed. My son loved their animals and foosball table! Phil graciously picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the cruise port During our stay he offered to drop us off and pick us up wherever we went instead of Ubering. Also offering to join them for dinner. Definitely recommend! We will see you next cruise!! Diane and Tyler 🙂
