Villa holiday rentals in Seia Municipality

This was one of the nicest Airbnb experiences I have ever had. The accommodation was perfect for me and the rate included an incredible breakfast I could have at the time of my choice. Additionally, the host was super kind and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Único aspeto que pode limitar para estadias mais longas e com necessidade de mais bagagem: não tem estacionamento privado e a rua da casa é numa zona “histórica”, difícil de circularem carros. Mas a zona é muito bonita, pitoresca, e todas as outras ótimas características da casa e da anfitriã superam em muito este facto.

My family and I (wife and two kids (13 and 16) spent three days over Chistmas at the house. it was the absolute perfect place to spend the holidays. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and was perfect for us to prepare the full Véspera and Christmas Day meals. There is even a local bread delivery service and the legendary Sera da.estrela mountain cheese made from local sheep available close by. Loriga is a beautiful mountain town and should not to be missed. From the beginning Senhor Tiago was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so grateful to have been able to spend our Christmas in such a fantastic location. We can't recommend this house more highly!!!!

Really enjoy the house and the surroundings. Fireplace and pellet stove were very useful because it was chilly (early March). The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms were private. Filipe was a great host. He answered questions quickly. He greeted us and explained the pellet stove that he had lit for our comfort. We were a 10 minute drive to hiking trails and a few steps from the city centre and the grocery stores. Our group strongly recommends Filipe’s house.

A wonderful and quiet place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Loved spending evenings by the fireplace. the host was very friendly. thank you very much!

Leuke ontvangst met als verrassing enkele regionale lekkernijen. Mooi ruim huis, goede voorzieningen. Het voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Een aanrader om nog eens te verblijven.

Excelente localizacao, casa espaçosa e acolhedora, a cave è exceptional e aproveitamos para fazer barbacue depois da visita a Praia fluvial de Loriga.

A nossa estadia foi fantástica! A casa é extremamente confortável e perfeita para um grupo de amigos. Aproveitámos imenso a piscina, o churrasco e o salão para jantares. É uma casa com uma decoração bonita e tranquila, ideal para relaxar e desfrutar de bons momentos em conjunto. Permitiu-nos sair da azáfama do dia a dia e ter um bom descanso. Recomendamos bastante e certamente iremos voltar!

This place is truly exceptional. We were three families (total of 12 people), and none of us wanted the vacation to end. Every detail in this villa is outstanding—from the fully equipped professional kitchen and the stunning pool area to the comfortable beds, stylish design, and air conditioning in every room. The villa is filled with beautifully furnished spaces and hidden gems, making it a place we’ll definitely return to. And we can’t forget Bernardo, our incredible host. He was helpful in every way, kind, and generous. A perfect 10 out of 10.

nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison au calme avec de très beaux paysages. la piscine a proximité nous a bien rafraichi et a fait le bonheur des enfants. la maison est typique et agréable la douche extérieure est très appréciable en été. Teresa est une personne très agréable et très disponible.

We booked for 8 people and had the entire villa, but there were only 3 bedrooms in the main villa. An additional bedroom with its own kitchen was offered separately. The separate room was amazing, but it would’ve been better if this setup was mentioned in the listing. The property was very clean and exceeded expectations. Carlos, our host, was helpful and quickly resolved a short circuit and fire alarm issue, even providing extra wood for the fireplace to compensate. On checkout day, the water pipes froze, leaving us without water. Carlos responded quickly, but it delayed our plans as we checked out late. This was inconvenient, and I hope measures are taken to avoid this in winter. Despite these issues, the stay was great, and I would return. Clearer communication in the listing and winter-proofing would make this property perfect!

La villa est incroyable ! Nombreuses chambres avec rangements et assez d’espace. Nombreuses salles de bains. Salon et salle à manger très spacieuses. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce qu’il faut (machine à café, ustensiles, grille pain etc…) La salle de jeux est un énorme plus pour les jours pluvieux. La piscine est froide, mais parfaite pour se rafraîchir, et une fois dedans elle est très agréable. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette incroyable maison ! Il y a de belles plages fluviales à proximité, de beaux points de vu également. Il faut aimer le calme et la nature car il n’y a pas de grandes villes à moins d’une heure (la plus proches est Coimbra) mais supermarchés à 5 min pour les courses ;) La maison se trouve à 1h30 de Porto et 2h30 de Lisbonne, idéale pour une excursion d’une journée :) Merci à Karen et son conjoint pour l’accueil :) Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Ficamos na Casa da Celeste por 18 dias Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. As acomodações eram aconchegantes e funcionais, com uma lareira para nos aquecer nos dias frios e um pomar com laranjas deliciosas. Para completar, a anfitriã, Sra.Aida, nos recebeu com muito carinho,sempre disposta a nos atender e auxiliar. Amamos tudo. Período Jan a Fev de 2025. Com certeza é um local ideal para passar momentos inesquecíveis.

Nossa estadia na Casa da Quinta da Azeitona foi muito mais do que podíamos esperar e de uma maneira muito positiva! A casa fica localizada em um local fantasticamente lindo, com uma vista maravilhosa do vale a sul da Serra da Gardunha. Cada pedaço do alojamento e da área da piscina foi pensado milimetricamente e com muito carinho e apreço pelos anfitriões para que cada hóspede sinta-se como estivesse na sua própria casa! Os quartos e a sala tem boas áreas e com ar condicionado eficiente o que trouxe conforto durante os dias de calor. A piscina e a área no entorno são muito bem cuidadas e calmas. A preocupação com o meio ambiente é evidante na utilização de energia renovável em toda a propriedade. Seu Luis e toda a familia foram fantasticos desde o primeiro contato. Em resumo, o alojamento é uma jóia escondida em um lugar mágico chamado Vale de Prazeres e para o qual voltaremos com certeza. Nunca pensamos que uma estadia poderia nos surpreender tanto e deixar tantas saudades!

I was comparing locations on the Airbnb platform, and I did not intend to book this, but I messaged the host to ask a question, and because dates had been entered (to find units) it booked the room automatically for 3 days. I immediately called Airbnb support and told them that I did not ask to book. They said they couldn't do anything, that I had to contact the host. I did that literally 3 minutes from this happening and the host denied me the ability to cancel claiming that he could do nothing. I told him Airbnb told me it had to come from him but he did not care. I ended up staying 3 nights and while their resort-like family farm is fabulous, I was not there to enjoy it, I had stuff to do, and now I had to drive an extra hour each way through mountains in the dark, (it's literally remote) every day for 3 days, which lost us much time and hassle. They just did not care. They only wanted the money. Ignorant, careless, greedy. bad. No respect. Ever. I'm miserable and exhausted thanks!
