Holiday houses in San Marcos

Nery was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with him at all times. My family had a great time in Livingston and Nery was flexible with meeting at the dock and arranged for transport to the house. If ever back in Livingston, would not hesitate to rent again with Nery.

très bon séjour chez lilian. l'endroit est paradisiaque des palmiers des fleurs tropical le bruit des vagues .. la maison est confortable super propre. excellent acceuil (petit bouquet de fleurs sur la table). les personnes qui gèrent les touristes sont très attentionnées et prennent soin du lieu. vous pouvez même commander des plats typiques.. un délice ... je recommande vivement un très belle expérience

We stayed for a week and loved the property. The single beds were replaced with a very comfortable full size bed with high quality linens. Well stocked kitchen, bottled water was also provided. Spacious workspace/dining room, comfortable seating and TV area and very stable/fast internet. The suite was very clean, spacious , with large screened windows, awesome views of the property and sea. I wasn't sure what to expect for the bathroom because the ad only mentioned an outside shower but there is an indoor 3 pc bathroom located just steps outside of the suite, that was a pleasant surprise for me. It was very clean. We enjoyed the deck spaces, wood/charcoal BBQ and covered parking was a bonus. Roberto was a fantastic host. I recommend his smoked chicken and fish, if you can get it. We hired him for a day of fishing, he was an awesome guide. He can also arrange a kayak rental, another bonus. I give Roberto and the property a 5 star rating. Great dogs as well. I hope to return.

What an absolutely amazing experience. We were not sure what to expect when we arrived because it looked a bit disheveled, but soon we found out they were replacing the thatched roof on the communal palapa. What a cool thing to watch. Those guys are artists up in the structure with giant palm fronds. In just one day the place was back to beautiful shape. Our cabana was so cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. The outdoor shower is very cool and not an experience either of us had had before. Haven't slept so well in a long time. Marisa and Thomas are wonderful hardworking people and very attentive. We cannot say enough about them and their beautiful resort. Thank you for making us feel at home. We will be back!

El tiempo en la casa de Javier fue muy agradable, es un lugar maravilloso para relajarse (mas o menos) lejos de la ciudad y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Javier siempre fue súper servicial y amable con todo, nos mostró Livingston y siempre estuvo dispuesto a asegurarse de que lo pasáramos bien. ¡Gracias por los hermosos días!:)

Muy bonito lugar, bastante tranquilo nos gustó la casa, ya que está frente al mar, la persona que nos recibió y nos dio las llaves fue muy amable. También Meibe fue muy amable, aunque no los conocimos en personas estuvieron pendientes y contestaban rápido los mensajes. Solo talvez algo que mejorar sería la entrada ya que si uno va caminando en época de lluvia hay mucho lodo, y es un poco difícil caminar. Gracias a que hay un camino de cemento se logra pasar una parte sin lodo. Pero no es obstáculo para poder disfrutar el ambiente que brindan. Sin duda regresaremos!

This amazing place is very peaceful and full of nature and solitude. Helpful insights: bring your groceries, goodies, hair dryer. We were able to get our shared boat parked in front of the beach. Via Tuc Tuc takes about 1 km from the house to the main street. Both Rutilia and her Husband, the House helpers, were extremely caring and helpful. the got us drinking water and extra towels. We enjoyed our stay very much. Siete Altares is nearby and Playa Blanca, both accessible via Boat.
