Katie’s place was beautiful and we had a lovely stay. Close to the beach in a lovely area. My only complaint was the angry neighbour. My son was cooking a bbq and had music on outside at 6.30pm. The neighbour came running into the property screaming and yelling actually inside the house going off at my son for the music. She was a nightmare. My son wouldn’t go outside again. So be weary of the neighbour. Otherwise our stay was beautiful and the owner was lovely.

Debbie is undoubtedly a super host. Pelican Cottage is one of the most thoughtfully arranged Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, with great attention to detail. It’s a pity we only stayed for one night, and it rained almost the whole time. That limited our ability to explore this beautiful property. I think staying here for 2 to 3 nights would make it a fantastic base for exploring the surroundings.

This place is the definition of a tree change - sleeping amongst the tree tops, waking up to the songs of Eastern whipbird and kookaburras having a playful laughter outside. It was very kind of Lee putting the lights on for us and providing an umbrella at the cottage as we arrived with no rain gear. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be popping in on our way back to Melbourne thanks to Lee who let me know I forgot some personal belongings.

We loved our stay here. James was accomodating and prompt when we requested an early check in and can’t fault the location. Super close to the beach and main part of town we barely had to drive anywhere during our stay. Very clean and tidy apartment. Would love to stay again.

We spent a week at AJs. 3 adults, 2 kids, 4 dogs! The dogs loved the big grassy areas and we enjoyed our mornings on the front deck. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the main essentials for cooking etc. We didn’t make use of the pool but we did really enjoy the outdoor bath/shower. The property is central to several other places and we enjoyed trips to Urunga, Bellingen and Scotts Head. We had unsettled weather for our stay and it was just that teeny bit far (to Grassy Head) for a quick beach dip and back more than once a day. Would be fine if planning whole day at beach. Local farmer’s market on Saturday had some nice treats but coffee and other supplies bit further afield (~15mins) at Stuart’s Point or Macksville. For me the property is a great option for a day or two stopover en route to Sydney or Brisbane, or if staying longer, for those who like quiet mornings followed by days out and about.

Great spot. Close to everything. House was clean and Sheree was responsive to all of our requests.

Our time at Ann's Coastal Chalet was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life! The cozy farmhouse was well equipped with books and toys as well as the necessary amenities. We loved waking up to the sounds of the farm animals. The hostess, Ann, was incredibly welcoming and made sure my kids had a wonderful hands-on experience with feeding the chickens, collecting fresh eggs, and feeding the two beautiful horses and ducks. We highly recommend this farm stay to anyone seeking a tranquil and refreshing getaway.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a great location for access to Park Beach, shops and features around the Jetty area. We would happily stay there again.

Spacious apartment close to the CBD. Very quiet neighbourhood with plenty of street parking. The apartment came with private, undercover parking. Two bedrooms, very sparse. Seperate Bathroom and toilet. Kitchen was fully stocked, even with treats for us. Which was greatly appreciated. Tan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Great local recommendations and she allowed for an early check-in. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
