Together with my family we had to travel urgently to Punta Arenas after the accident of a family member. They responded very quickly and were very diligent. Don Cesar was very attentive to me and my family, with a very willingness to help us and facilitate our stay, taking a lot of consideration with our situation and showing a lot of humanity. Excellent stay, comfortable place and with the essentials for overnight stay, we were coming traveling from Puerto Natales in base treking Torres del Paine, the one that said accommodation has a washing machine considerably facilitated our stay. I would definitely come back.
