Michela war eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Check in und check out waren super einfach und flexibel. Von Restaurants, Stränden, Ausflügen etc. hat Sie ein tolles Handbuch zusammengestellt. Alles genau wie in der Beschreibung - wir haben vor allem die untere Couch-Lounge genossen, sowie den kleinen Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Ebenfalls sind die Küchen mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Straße ist wir von Michaela offen kommuniziert etwas laut, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Für starke Kaffeekonsumenten empfehle ich eine Bialetti oder Ähnliches mitzunehmen. Ansonsten sind Kapsel-Kaffeemaschinen vorhanden. We had a wonderful stay for a family of 5 adults. The location is idyllic and we loved being in Rose and Pier’s villa set in amongst the vineyards and olive groves! It is a short drive to wineries and excellent food in Tuscany and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and we will come again for a future stay in Tuscany! Rose and pier are excellent hosts and greeted us with some very delicious gifts which was so thoughtful and so appreciated after a long travel day.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B a San Gimignano! La casa è davvero carina, curata nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto pulitissima. La posizione è ottima per visitare il borgo e godersi la tranquillità della zona. Un grande grazie ai proprietari, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare una settimana dalla Fulvia, che abbiamo scoperto essere molto gentile e disponibile per tutto insieme al marito. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.
