Holiday rentals with a patio in Philippines

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed there for a night and it was good experience. We hope we could stay there for more days next time. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and the host was so responsive.

We're very satisfied with how the unit looks like. My parents, my aunt and I feel very comfortable in sleeping on these comfortable beds. These beds were perfect for us, especially for our back bodies. Our host, Ma'am Krislyn always responds, that does not make me feel stressed because I'm used to going to Airbnb like like so I don't really have any panic modes on me. All everything goes well for us. Good signal, good internet. Good location for grab drivers to come quickly. You can rest in the lobby with a lot of comfortable seats before your check in time. Good water, I don't need to bring the filter water but if you plan to look for other Airbnb, please bring the filter water to avoid irritations on your skin and hair. Good kitchen, good rice cooker. Everything is all good except there were small cockroaches in the bathroom, which do not bother me since we're used to it in our own house. Small cockroaches does not scare you than big cockroaches haha!! Well, everything is all good!!

Best place to stay the night if you plan to go to Mapanuepe Lake. Quiet neighborhood, house is very spacious, very clean, the fabric smells good, complete utensils and cookware. 11/10 would recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Chaisy's place. The house is beautiful and well taken cared of. The caretakers were also warm and helpful and even went out of their way to guide us to the nearest mall.

Inside of the house was so spacious. Rooms and bathrooms were so clean. There’s space outside the house where you can eat if you still want to go back to the beach. Very cozy. One of the best is that it’s beachfront also. The caretakers were also accommodating they made sure that they get to provide if we need something else. And lastly, the hosts are superb as they tried to resolve our internet issues during our stay! 😍 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Casa RC! 🥰

We had a fantastic stay at Angie’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby beach and pool. Angie was incredibly responsive and provided accurate instructions as our check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Laiya, Batangas!

Perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Die moderne Einrichtung ist stilvoll und komfortabel, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber – unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar für alle Fragen oder Anliegen. The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!
