Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Peoria

Thank you Heather for letting us rent your home. It felt more spacious than expected. Plenty of room and great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was centrally located to everything we were doing for the weekend. There was plenty of room for our family to all be together and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back.

The house has been so well kept and a designer’s dream for inspiration. Everything is exactly as described, it’s easy to find, 10 minutes from the airport, peaceful, and cozy. Perfect for some quality time spent to just enjoy the home.

This house is such a cute find. Old homes have tons of character and charm and this one definitely fits that bill. It’s in a great location to restaurants and cute shopping downtown. Carly was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the area!

Pam was a great host. She was exceptionally quick to respond. She and her husband were very friendly. The house had great views of the lake, river and wetlands. We could even see an active eagle nest. The horses and chickens were an added bonus! There are neighbors but it was still pretty quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We would not hesitate to return.

We’ve done dozens of airbnbs, and it seems like each one is better than the one before. It will be VERY hard to top this one! There were games everywhere! It was heaven for 4 teens and 2 kids! There are even house puzzle games where you can win really great prizes. When I booked the place I thought it must be slightly overpriced, but we were SHOCKED at how many games and systems and snacks/drinks were available. Definitely worth the price. I appreciated all of the labels in the kitchen and easy and clear instructions for everything. The house was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Ryan was super responsive. It’s a duplex but we never heard the neighbors. And there was plenty of space to park. I was nervous about backing out of the driveway onto the road, but the road wasn’t busy at all while we were there. Highly recommend.

Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.

Great place to stay for a long weekend. Very comfortable and had a great wrap around deck and views from the loft of Peoria Lake. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Asif was a great host. It was in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible. I had everything I needed for my stay.

great long term stay, less than 10 minutes to any store and shopping. Close to baseball, hockey and museums. A handful or restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable, a nice place to gather and hang out as a group.

Another great stay at the Opera House,peacefull, no noise, close to all business’s. would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area

Sheila's upstairs apartment is comfortable, clean, great decor and located above shops downtown Wyoming. She has extra touches, spices, cookware, full size kitchen, washer/dryer AND detergent, coffees and creamer, everything you need when you are away for a few days. This apartment is quiet at night, as the shops below are closed. The area has nice walking options but get groceries before you arrive as it is a small, quaint town. If the weather is nice, you can sit outside on her deck. We were in town for four nights and we would definitely stay again! The host is very responsive and pleasant!

This place was perfect for our family. TVs in every room and arcade games plus the Addams Family pinball was exactly as described and made easy entertaining late into the night. Plus it being right next door to the arcades and pinball hall was a great bonus. John was very accommodating letting us play a bit past closing time to get some more time on my favorite machines. We would definitely stay again.
