Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

Cozy stay for two or a small family. Quiet and so close to the sands of Fernandina Beach. No direct ocean views, but why look at the ocean when you are just yards away from it and can walk across the sand dunes and there you are. Loved the place and Joy was a considerate and helpful host!

Maria's place was great and close to stores and restaurants everything you need in a 5 minute drive

It was our first trip to Jacksonville and we had a wonderful time. The place was surprisingly private despite being just a few steps from the Host's home. The neighborhood was beautiful and we had a number of shops and restaurants within a short walk. We'll consider staying there again if we visit Jacksonville in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Kristina’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. On top of that, it smelled incredible—I couldn’t get over how amazing it smelled! Kristina is a fantastic host, going above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special for me and my daughter. The location was fantastic, especially as a Jacksonville native. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a peacefulness that made the experience even better. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to feed the horses and pet the farm animals—it was such a cool and memorable experience! Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful, always providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Sold my home and needed a place to lay my head for a few days. This quiet tiny home was an excellent choice to get work done. For the price, I don’t think you will find a better option.

Perfect little Avondale getaway spot. On a corner lot so there is ample parking, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I love that even though the location is a shared space, the two buildings are completely separate from one another. The interior is designed perfectly for the small space, and the place was spotless.

The property was very nice, clean and cozy. No issues from check in to checkout.

I honestly have no complaints… there is a lot of trees around the BNB and yet, I didn’t even see one bug… the communication was great as I called them when I needed help finding the home and was answered almost immediately. The area is also pretty quiet with multiple fast foods within a 10 min drive.

My stay was amazing. The listing looks exactly as it’s shown, Kyle is very responsive and helpful about questions that I had, and as a non local I really appreciated the brochure on things to do in the area. 10/10 amazing experience

Our stay at Chris’s guesthouse was very pleasant. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog and Chris provided dog bowls and bags which was appreciated. There were fresh flowers upon arrival and the apartment was spotless. It’s cozy but plenty of space for us and our puppy. We loved the beautiful hard wood floors and comfy bed. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through to southern Florida. We did eat at the Iguana restaurant which was walking distance and very good! There was also another restaurant, a convenience store and gas station all within a couple of blocks. Loved the walkable neighborhood too!

Five star day. My favorite place to stay while in Avondale. Comfortable, private in an unbeatable location!

Kacie's BnB was perfect for my vacay with my grandaughter who was home from college for spring break. Decorated to perfection, very clean, great location and Kacie is definitely a SUPERHOST. I'm a Superhost in Georgia and I'm very picky. Great place. You won't be disappointed!!
