Rosemarie is an absolutely outstanding host. She scores top marks in everything, from meeting us at the airport and taking us to her home, meeting her son Jamie, always being available to speak to and enjoying each other’s company, and even arranging food for us. She honestly went above and beyond our expectations and we are very grateful and thankful to her and Jamie. The listing is as described and has all of the amenities required to make it feel homely and Rosemarie was always on hand in case we needed anything. She went out of her way to make us feel part of the family and we feel that we have made friends for life. Thank you both for your hospitality and friendship, we will keep in contact.

Our family had an incredible stay at Kevin's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and matched the listing perfectly. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail taken care of for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Kevin was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, consistently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth visit. His hospitality significantly enhanced our time there. We wholeheartedly recommend Kevin's place to anyone visiting Grenada and look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

We stayed for 14 days , it was easy to get in and out of the house, everything worked good, beds was very comfortable, ac worked great. The road leading down to the house is gravel, but still nice. very quiet road little to no traffic. We will use this house again

Sheldon was extremely helpful, and pleasant. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and up-to-date. Everything was exactly as described. If we ever visit Grenada again, GPV will be our go to accommodation. It felt just like HOME. Thanks for having us!

The setting can’t be beat - stunning views, comfortable home, and a peaceful location removed from the “action” of Grand Anse’s resorts. We explored the island daily, but our favorite moments were swimming off the dock and relaxing on the expansive porch. Most importantly, Bob and Mina made us feel like we were visiting old friends. They were the most gracious hosts, providing insightful recommendations (from tacos at La Plywood to the best grocery stores to waterfall hikes) and offering us selections from their daily citrus harvest. Staying here was a special experience, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Stay was amazing!! 10/10 🌟✨ Owner is super nice and friendly, goes over and beyond for guests. I was offered airport pick up and drop off which was convenient since it was my first time on the island. location is eco friendly, quiet and relaxing. apartment was very clean, tidy and well kept. overall amazing and is highly recommended

Our stay at this home was exceptional. We had the pleasure of using both the upper and lower units, providing ample space for our family of six. Nestled in a serene, seaside location and surrounded by lush fruit trees and greenery, it was the perfect retreat. Bertha, who coordinated our stay, was an absolute delight—her attentiveness and efforts to ensure our comfort made all the difference. After our exciting daily adventures, returning to such a luxurious and comfortable space was a real treat. The stunning ocean views during the day and the starry nights from the balcony were wonderful bonuses. We are immensely grateful for this experience and had an amazing time.
