Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Midsland

We were able to enjoy the stay very much with 4 adults! The spacious and neat living room was very pleasant. Especially in combination with underfloor heating, in the month at the end of November/ beginning of December, you remained warm. The bedrooms with nice beds were also very pleasant and made for a nice and good night's sleep. In addition, it was very easy to walk right into nature. Especially recommended if you like running. So if you are looking for a neat cottage in a nice location and tranquility you are in the right place! Already with all a top location. Definitely an option to book again when visiting Ameland.

The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the middle of fields, perfect for relaxing. We were there in winter, with the gas stove we were able to heat the living space very well. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the Christmas tree was a very nice detail that we were happy about in the pre-Christmas season. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and communication with Frootje was also straightforward. All in all highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet break!

Lovely, idyllic cottage in a beautiful place! Contact with Johannes and Annet went very smoothly after a misunderstanding about the cleaning. Was resolved very pleasantly for us. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Very good contact with the hosts before our vacation, there were no more questions left for the vacation and the contact during the vacation was not necessary. The house is on the edge of a holiday park. Really very quiet with a view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The rest of the house is also very well equipped and tastefully decorated The pictures and description of the cottage as well as the garden correspond to reality. We only felt the staircase to the upper floor was quite steep. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of red wine for us as a warm welcome. Thank you Ruud and Gea for letting us be your guests.

We spent 6 nights with our two dogs at Marc's place and felt at home during that time. Marc is a great host who is always easily accessible; Bea visited us and helped us with questions. The small house is cozily furnished and very well equipped. We didn't lack anything. We loved sitting on the cozy veranda and enjoyed the great view. The surroundings are quiet, there is a lot of nature and there are many easily accessible excursion destinations nearby. Marc also provides bicycles and a boat, which we did not use. All in all, we were thrilled, enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.

From start to finish just perfect accommodation, we were there with three generations of our family, it was an ideal fit for everyone. My already older in-laws stayed on the ground floor, very close to the toilet and bathroom, for us parents and our child there was a good retreat. We have never experienced such a well-equipped apartment, there was nothing missing. Even Nespresso capsules were there, lots of spices vinegar oil, all kinds of kitchen appliances, enough pans and pots, enough dishes, a dishwasher with plenty of tabs . The communication also went smoothly, someone who also lives on the premises proactively inquired with us if there was anything else he could help us, he kindly asked again the next day. So thanks also to Julian. In addition, the quiet and relaxed environment in the countryside, with the water around it, simply magnificent. It couldn't be better!

We had a nice time on Ameland, the cottage has all the comforts. We came with New Year's Eve with our dog, who is very afraid of fireworks. At this place was clearly less nuisance than in other places we have been before. We can definitely recommend the cottage and the island!

if you could give more than 5 stars, we would have done that. What a wonderful stay we had. Everything feels luxurious and wonderful to enjoy underfloor heating after a winter walk and a well-equipped kitchen and lovely bed. Everything is there and also very clean. The location is within walking distance of the Wadden Sea and by bike you are also in Franeker and Harlingen, beautiful historic places. Definitely recommended.

We had a great time staying in the really super furnished apartment. The apartment is very clean and tastefully and modernly furnished. It's all there, nothing is missing. From children's paving, to matches, to baking paper. Kim has really thought of everything ☺️ Our dogs also felt very comfortable. Thanks to the wonderful location, we were right in the countryside and were able to take great walks. We will be happy to come back! Thanks for everything 🫶🏼

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Herke's place. Every morning we were greeted by the pigs😊. The accommodation is very clean and cozy and the surroundings are fantastic. Very very beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Great place to stay and explore Texel. the appartment is cozy and very clean. The bed was great - we slept very well.

The apartment is very central and clean, there is new furniture and the basics to cook for 8 people are available. Our host Jeroen was very friendly and helpful.

Super luxurious bnb, easy to communicate and helpful if needed. Cottage has everything needed, warmth , space, tranquility. Sometimes the shower didn't get hot after three showers/bath ( water heater!). And I missed egg cups and beer and shot glasses. Greetings family Vis

Had a great stay over New Year's Eve in the loft. The cottage is very nice, ideal for two people and furnished with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice place for our short stay on Vlieland. close to restaurants and shops and cozy, even in cold and windy weather. Harry and Maria were very responsive and even passed by for New year's greetings.

Great place for a weekend trip. The flat is nice and Remco is a really friendly guy!

Very nice rural place to stay. To the dike just a few minutes by car and near Dokkum for shopping and restaurants. Yfke was very nice and gave helpful tips for things to do as well as restaurants. Also available in the room are information brochures for the environment. I'd love to recommend again and absolutely.

It was a super relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are lovingly and modernly furnished and you lack nothing. A special highlight were the super sweet little animals, which are on the Courtyard living. Exactly the perfect place to get away from the stress of everyday life!

We had a lovely stay. The place was private and had everything well-deserved rest for a few days. Bed was comfy and view was beautiful. The waterfront seating was our favorite. The surroundings are great too! We cycled over 80 kilometers. We definitely recommend this place 👍
