Leah, Is very helpful and responsive. She guided us which made the check in process easy. She was even very accommodating allowing us to check in early. I really appreciated this gesture since the booking was for my parents which are both seniors. She even extended our stay for 2 days after we realized that we had to stay longer.

me and friends enjoyed our stay. nawala rin iyong worry ng need may susing dala or naiwan since naka smart lock na. sa lahat ng airbnb na natuluyan namin siya iyong pinakamabango, linis rin ng CR and walang amoy. perfect rin for concert goers in MOA Arena kasi may malaking salamin sila so di mahirapan mag ayos. may alfamart sa baba and maraming kainan rin, then if tamad maglakad pa MOA, sa harap mismo may mga jeep. if ayaw naman mag jeep, madali lang din mag book ng grab. had an issue with the wifi upon checking in, told the host and inayos rin nila agad. lahat rin ng questions before the stay, sumasagot sila agad. will definitely stay here again if may concert uli na pupuntahan sa MOA arena.

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

The place was great, it's close to a lot of establishments so there's a lot of options to choose from. The unit itself was clean, a lot of things were provided. The host, Warren is very easy to talk to, always responsive and easy to negotiate with as we asked for an earlier check in. 5/5 would definitely recommend to others. Thank you, Warren.

Anne’s place was really nice. The location was amazing as it has the amenities view. Complete with toiletries and cooking, eating utensils. Has cool board games and childrens book that my 2yr old loved. Ate Norma, her caretaker was very nice as well, she even helped us carry our luggage. I strongly recommend this AirBnB and will definitely be booking this again.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place had absolutely everything I needed—it was thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (I didn’t want to get up!). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Grab and Angkas pick-ups were also a breeze since the unit is right along a main highway where rides are always available. The convenience, comfort, and overall vibe of the place made it an easy favorite. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Overall, I have very good experience from the time I booked the place. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Stress free transaction, I didn't have any problems at all from check-in process and until the check out. The location of the unit is accessible for everything and so peacefull. The unit is clean and very homey vibe, and got to enjoy the amenities of the place. Recommended if you are looking for nice place yet very affordable.

You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.
