Holiday houses in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. Great little chalet, clean tidy, beds were comfy, Janice you thought of everything a family would need for there stay, we felt right at home. Our Little boys settle really quickly into his new surroundings. Will defo look to book with you again in the near future. Hayley

Just returned from a long weekend at Selina's caravan. Situated in a nice quiet area of the park. Excellent communication, really quick to respond to any queries. Very good instructions regarding the park, finding the caravan and access, also gave recommendations for the park and surrounding area. We were able to check in early, and the caravan was ready, all three bedrooms made up. Really clean caravan. Exceptional welcome pack - thank you Selina. We didn't use the park facilities, so cannot comment on those. Skegness 40 minutes away and a few lovely little villages nearby. Would recommend.

Spent a wonderful weekend away here. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Short car journey to Horsey Gap to see seals! The house was brilliant, had everything we needed and more.

Wow, we just loved our stay here with our family. Fantastic location and we will miss watching the ships come in, such an amazing view & loved being so close to the sea. Amanda went above & beyond to make sure we had all we needed, nothing was too much trouble, she truly took care of us as her quests, . A truly fantastic host, we will recommend to our family who love to visit the beautiful beach of Gorleston! Some great restaurants are within walking distance, we wished we could have stayed longer. We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.
